With a combination of over 200 AmBank, AmIslamic Bank and AmMetLife branches nationwide, we offer you extensive customer/network support. Just visit any one of these branches to renew your policies and/or pay your premiums. You can also choose to pay your premiums on Saturdays & Sundays at more than 180 AmBank branches open on weekends for your convenience. For Policy Owners who visit our Customer Care Centre located at our Headquarters/Head Office at Level 6, Menara One Sentrum, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, you can make your payment at the counter.

Relieve yourself from the burden of trying to remember your premium payment due date. Arrange to have your Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) debited automatically whenever your premium is due by completing the "Credit Card Debit Authorisation" form available at any of our AmMetLife branches nationwide.

Should you wish to pay your premium by debiting your savings or current account, you can make the necessary arrangements and authorisation with our panel of Bankers; AmBank, CIMB Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Application form for Auto Debit can also be obtained from any of our AmMetLife branches nationwide.

Pay your Insurance Premium online in 4 easy steps:

Step 1 - Login to https://ambank.amonline.com.my/ 

Step 2 - Click on Pay & Transfer, select Pay Bills

Step 3 - Select method to pay, select biller at AmMetLife
Insurance, fill up policy number and policy holder name and click "next"

Step 4 - Repeat Step 3 to pay for other policies
If you are Maybank or Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) accountholders, you may also make online payments to us via Maybank2U (www.maybank2u.com.my) and BSN Internet Banking services (www.mybsn.com.my).

* The internet banking receipts are considered as proof of payment to AmMetLife Insurance Berhad.

1. Log-in to your preferred bank internet or mobile banking website

2. Look for “JomPAY” logo at BillPay menu

3. Key in “9720” AmMetLife Biller Code

4. Key in the policy number at Ref-1

5. Key in the Policy Owner’s I/C Number at Ref-2

6. Key in the payment amount

7. Finally click “Submit” to end the payment process

* Ref-1 is the policy/contract number found in your AmMetLife Correspondence Letters or Renewal Premium Notice.

* Ref-1 is a unique number used by AmMetLife to identify your policy. Please fill up the details accurately as they serve as the sole validation for payment purposes.

* The internet banking receipts are considered as proof of payment to AmMetLife Insurance Berhad.

* Third party information will be obtained by the banks or other e-payment channels if the payment is not made at AmMetLife counters.

With DuitNow, you can send money instantly on a 24/7 basis. Registration is not required. DuitNow is enabled by 35 banks operating in Malaysia.

1. Log-in to your preferred online banking
2. Look for “DuitNow” logo
3. Click on DuitNow ID Type and select Business Registration Number
4. Key in “15743P” AmMetLife Business Registration Number
5. Key in the payment amount
6. Key in the policy number at Recipient Reference
7. Key in the Policy Owner’s I/C Number and Contact Number at Other Payment Details
8. Finally click “Submit” to end the payment process

AmMetLife Insurance Berhad offers customer to make payment via DuitNow QR at all AmMetLife branches nationwide.

To perform payment customer need to just observe the following simple steps;
Step 1 : Launch your preferred Mobile Banking or eWallet app
Step 2 : Scan the displayed DuitNow QR code available at AmMetLife Counter(s)
Step 3 : Confirm payment details and proceed to pay
Step 4 : Show proof of payment to Cashier for validation
Step 5 : Customer will receive an SMS upon successful payment
