At AmMetLife, we provide you with a range of innovative and efficient services to make your premium payments and policy renewals much easier and more convenient. Just choose from the wide range of channels mentioned below to access our services at no additional cost to you.
Service Counter
With a combination of over 200 AmBank, AmIslamic Bank and AmMetLife branches nationwide, we offer you extensive customer/network support. Just visit any one of these branches to renew your policies and/or pay your premiums. You can also choose to pay your premiums on Saturdays & Sundays at more than 180 AmBank branches open on weekends for your convenience. For Policy Owners who visit our Customer Care Centre located at our Headquarters/Head Office at Level 6, Menara One Sentrum, Jalan Tun Sambanthan, you can make your payment at the counter.
Credit Card Auto Deduction
Relieve yourself from the burden of trying to remember your premium payment due date. Arrange to have your Credit Card (Visa or Master Card) debited automatically whenever your premium is due by completing the "Credit Card Debit Authorisation" form available at any of our AmMetLife branches nationwide.
Auto Debit
Should you wish to pay your premium by debiting your savings or current account, you can make the necessary arrangements and authorisation with our panel of Bankers; AmBank, CIMB Bank, Bank Islam, Bank Kerjasama Rakyat, Citibank, Deutsche Bank, Hong Leong Bank, HSBC Bank, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Public Bank, RHB Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Application form for Auto Debit can also be obtained from any of our AmMetLife branches nationwide.
Biro Angkasa
If you are an employee in the Government or Semi Government Body or certain registered corporations, you can apply for your premium to be deducted from your monthly salary. The Biro Angkasa Form can be obtained from any of our AmMetLife branches nationwide or from our Authorised agents.

Direct Online Banking
For AmBank Account holders and credit cardholders, log on to www.ambankgroup.com anytime and anywhere to enjoy this free service made easier for you.
Pay your Insurance Premium online in 4 easy steps:
Step 1 - Login to https://ambank.amonline.com.my/
Step 2 - Click on Pay & Transfer, select Pay Bills
Step 3 - Select method to pay, select biller at AmMetLife Insurance, fill up policy number and policy holder name and click "next"
Step 4 - Repeat Step 3 to pay for other policies
If you are Maybank or Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) accountholders, you may also make online payments to us via Maybank2U (www.maybank2u.com.my) and BSN Internet Banking services (www.mybsn.com.my).
JomPAY
Pay your premium using Current, Saving or Credit Card Account anytime and anywhere. There is no hidden cost via Internet and Mobile Banking at 42 bank’s.
1. Log-in to your preferred bank internet or mobile banking website.
2. Look for “JomPAY” logo at BillPay menu.
3. Key in “9720” AmMetLife Biller Code.
4. Key in the policy number at Ref-1
5. Key in the Policy Owner’s I/C Number at Ref-2
6. Key in the payment amount.
7. Finally click “Submit” to end the payment process.
